Our team has a wealth of lived experience, both sides of the supporter/supportee equation. We know what it's like to suffer and that makes us the right people to help.

Nothing in the psychological approach we're using is revolutionary, or even 'new'. But it has been forgotten. We're here to bring it back.

We apply the "model of all models" to everything we do. Using COM-B we can affectively understand human behaviour and use it to your advantage.
